Regulatory Ethics – Part II, Circular 230

Participants will learn how to maximize their results from their representation before the IRS, while minimizing potential exposure to themselves (civil and criminal penalties, as well as disciplinary actions), and, to their clients.

No preparation or prior knowledge is required.

This course qualifies for 1.0 hour of CPE in the Regulatory Ethics field of study and 1.0 hour of Ethics CLE. It will be delivered in a live group method on November 29, 2016, from 9:50 to 10:40 am in the Nautilus Ballroom of the Denver Aquarium on 700 Water Street, Denver, Colorado.

This course is designed to comply with Colorado State Board of Accountancy and NASBA CPE and Colorado CLE standards. Participants are encouraged to confirm eligibility compliance with their jurisdiction. Refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled by FTL or for cancellations received before November 21, 2016.
