Alice Nolen is responsible for the oversight and development of Experis’ Unclaimed Property Services practice, housed within the State and Local Tax Center of Expertise. She has over 20 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting, law, and industry. Her primary practice focus has been in the specialty area of multistate taxes, including credits and incentives, as well as unclaimed property. As a Tax Senior Manager in Deloitte Tax’s Credits and Incentives Group, Alice successfully secured statutory tax credits and negotiated state and local incentives and training grants in various states and localities on behalf of multi-state companies, and also served as the Southeast leader for the Multistate Green/Sustainability and Research and Development (R&D) Incentives Initiative.
Additionally, as Tax Counsel with Alston & Bird LLP, Alice advised companies on various aspects of Unclaimed Property compliance, audit management, and planning opportunities. Alice’s knowledge and experience uniquely qualifies Experis to provide compliance review, policy and procedure review, due diligence activities, report filing, audit management, and staff training for clients with unclaimed property concerns.
