This session will provide participants with an overview of methods to successfully integrate Millennials into the presiding corporate culture. The session will cover traits, habits, goals, and methods of communication commonly attributed to Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials, frequent sources of misunderstandings between the generations in the workplace, and strategies to navigate cross generational work environments. No preparation or previous knowledge are necessary for this course.

This course qualifies for 1.0 hour of CPE in the personal development field of study and will be delivered in a live group method on October 28, 2015, from 7:00 to 7:50 pm.
