Course Description:
Most professionals struggle to find the balance between high performance at work and a fulfilling lifestyle. By aligning these traits with your professional goals that balance can be achieved and sustained.

In working with some of the most brilliant leaders and influencers in Colorado and internationally, our presenter, Patrice Barber, founder and CEO of Career ConX, has identified common threads that knit our community of top performers together. These are a set of traits and values that drive a well-balanced lifestyle with innovation and high performance.

In our interactive discussion we will cover the top three traits and how to master these as applied to your career development to set you apart as a Top Performer. Whether you are seeking an overdue raise, looking at a new position internally or externally or want to create a more rewarding position that better aligns high performance with a balanced lifestyle, this presentation will give you the tools you need.

Learning objectives include:

  • How to set your North Star Objectives and Goal Tests
  • Embracing hyper focus over FOMO (fear of missing out)
  • Developing Relationship Objectives to expand your sphere of influence.
