Keeping Your Sanity in Busy Season

This session will provide participants with an overview of methods to successfully manage competing responsibilities and deadlines with limited resources going during busy season or any major project. The session will cover tips for scheduling the optimal use of resources and navigating road blocks, advance project planning and management, and hazards to avoid. No preparation or previous knowledge are necessary for this course.

This course qualifies for 1.0 hour of CPE in the Performance Management field of study and is in the process of being certified for CLE. It will be delivered in a live group method on March 23, 2016, from 7:00 to 7:50 pm.
